Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Tutorkite, provided by SKH Education. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. This draft has not yet been reviewed by counsel.
1. The service
Tutorkite helps tuition centres schedule lessons, record attendance, manage families and invoices, and communicate with families. Features may change over time; we will tell centres about material changes.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secret. Each centre is responsible for the staff and family accounts it creates and for the data it enters.
3. Free trial and subscription
New centres receive a free trial for a set number of days. When the trial ends, the centre account becomes read-only: you can still view and export your data, but you cannot create or change records until a subscription is in place. Pricing and payment terms will be provided separately.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, send unsolicited messages, interfere with the service, or attempt to access other centres’ data.
5. Your data
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You allow us to host and process it to provide the service. The Privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Ending
Either party may end the agreement. On ending, we will give you a reasonable period to export your data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
